Construction of the DP Ward building
In 2012, Rotary Club of Raipur Cosmopolitan constructed the DP Ward building in Raipur with an investment of ₹1.1 crore. This facility provides affordable and secure accommodation for patients and their families coming from remote areas, making access to medical services easier. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this building provided crucial shelter and support to thousands of families.
Renovation of Dumartalab School:
Rotary Club Adopts Government School Rotary Club of Raipur Cosmopolitan renovated a city-based government school under the 'Happy School Project.' The inauguration took place in the presence of State Water Resources Minister Brijmohan Agrawal and Rotary District Governor Shambhu Jagatramka. The school underwent wall painting, and separate toilets for boys and girls were constructed.
